We well known retail “institution” in South Florida approached the firm when its Landlord was attempting to interpret its Lease to justify the early termination of this Tenant’s Lease so the Landlord could make room for a bigger, national chain. The firm immediately poured through the contract documents between the parties and the parties’ prior communications. After extensive negotiations, the Landlord relented and agreed to withdraw its claims and not to raise them again for the rest of the Lease term.
