Jonathan Beloff

Jonathan Beloff is a Partner at Beloff Parker, PLC, where he specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium law, banking and commercial leasing.  Jonathan received a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1974.  Prior to becoming a partner at Beloff Parker, Jonathan was a Partner at Beloff & Schwartz, and prior to that he was a Partner at Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. (formerly Smith & Mandler, P.A.).

Jonathan is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Miami Beach Bar Association (Past President).  He has been an active member of many important civic and community organizations, including the Miami Beach Planning Board on which he currently serves, and as President of the Friends and Founders of Gusman Cultural Center from 1987-1989.  Jonathan was a Commissioner of the City of Miami Beach Housing Authority from 1998 to 2002.  He was President of North Beach Development Corporation from 1994-1997.  He was also the Vice Chairman of the City of Miami Beach Code Enforcement Board from 1989-1993, and a Member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors and Pillars from 1993 to 2001.  Jonathan currently serves as Vice-President of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.  He was the Chairman of the Attorney’s Division of United Way Miami Beach Campaign in 1988, 1989 and 1991.  Jonathan and his wife Marisue live in Miami Beach where they raised two children, Jessica Rhodes and Zachary Beloff.  Jonathan and Marisue are the proud grandparents of Lola and Nina.
